Production Assistant

We are looking for two Brazilian and immigrant production assistants to help organize and support our first immigrant film festival, which will be held in October 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal.

The professional will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the executive producer in all stages of the event, from conception to execution.

• Assisting in organizing documents, schedules, and materials needed for production.

• Providing support in logistical matters, such as space reservations, supplier hiring, and transport organization.

Requirements:

• Higher education completed or in progress in areas such as Administration, Events, Communication, or related fields.

• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.

• Experience in events or production.

• Availability to start work in April 2025.
